Thawing blocks of frozen juice in industry

Hello, my name is Dimitra Moschou, i would like to ask about techniques and machines for thawing blocks of frozen juice in industry.
Until now i have found Hot-Air Pre-thawing tunnels. Could you please recommend me other solution or any site which can help me? Also did the microwave technique is recommended about frozen blocks of juice ?

Hi Dmitra, I am not particularly knowledgeable about MW thawing but I know that industrial systems are available for this job. I recall that penetration depth of radio frequency waves is more than microwaves. Therefore I'd suggest looking at RF in addition to MW systems. Good luck!
