Can anyone help me to identify quality tests which must be completed on packaging in contact with food - milk as an example? And then for all food categories

You should read the book " Chemical Migration and Food Contact Materials" by Karen Barnet,Richard Sinclair, and D.H. Watson in the food science library.
There is also a download version in the web just search it using the book title as keyword ...
It have comprehensive information that you could " soak into "..😉
