Flavours for bakers
Hello Team, I am currently doing a project on flavours for bakery
The challenge is the flavours are heat labile
The flavours are PG based, could any one suggest the appropriate solvent or any solution

Its not about the solvent but the flavor stability to processing..
You should contact your flavor supplier to provide you with heat stable flavors Usually they are oil soluble type
