Yield of cheese

How can you increase yield of cheese? If your cheese will be porous how can you prevent this wide porous?

Increasing yield of cheese, then you fortify your liquid milk with skin milk powder.
To reduce porosity try looking about "cheddaring "

If your milk has limited milk solids ,you cannot increase the cheese yield ,assuming your process is already optimized ..

Unless you resort to adulteration with other ingredients ....😂
