How we can control the Acid value of plam oil during the deep frying.

Do you mean Free fatty acids generated during frying ,then some preparations like magnesium.silicate and absorbernt earths can reduce it along with total polar materials..
IIIRC , there is an article somewhere in tbis group about it previously posted by the admin...?
