Looking for help formulating a pectin-gelatin hybrid gummy candy

Im looking for help formulating a cannabis infused gummy candy using both gelatin and pectin. The reason i want to do a hybrid gummy is primarily to make the gummy thermo-irreversable, to make sure the gummys dont melt during the hot and humid summers we have here in the midwest. I have created a great sop for gelatin gummies and am quite happy with the product we will be producing, but I would like to bring a hybrid gummy to the market.

Hi,

You can use pectin and gelatin together. Did you make any trial?

I've done a couple test runs, but not much success.

Hi ChazelThree,

We have MUCH experience in this pectin/gelatin hybrid and as @ufukayyildiz mentioned, this is possible. This hybrid base is a regular project we work on for and with our customers and have specific formulas with our products that would meet your needs. Take a look at our [bitter blocker taste technology](https://tastesnatural.com/products/truclear-bitter-blocker/) and [sugar substitute](https://tastesnatural.com/products/trusugr-sugar-substitute/) - popular in [cbd/thc sugar-free gummies](https://tastesnatural.com/sugar_substitute_for_gummies/) - and fill out a [sample request](https://tastesnatural.com/contact-us/) if you want to learn more.

Sounds like exciting avenues are in front of you and we wish you the best!
