Recipe for Jordan almonds

Panning of either sugar or chocolate as applied to almonds( for jordan almonds) is not a recipe but a skill.
Many panning beginners believe that a recipe is the secret but its not .Its an acquired skill attained by constantly practicing it under the guidance of an experienced person.
If you want recipe the web search could provide you an improvisedhome version .But you want to learn the industrial way and master it then work as an apprentice to a panning expert or enroll in a confectionery school.

We don't have confectionery schools in our country. If anyone. Here with experience can guide us with a basic recipe. We can keep practicing and develop it. Thank you

There are facebook groups that deals with chocolate panning ..search it in facebook groups and apply for membership.
There are many experts there that are willing to provide pointers to beginners .
