Spicing of dry fruits
Please guide me for methods of spicing of cashew nuts...for commercial purpose

Coat with a gum Arabic solution, dry, then add spicing in pan under some warm air, gum Arabic stops oil from seeping out of cashew and provides a food glue for the spices to attach too.
