Sticking of Baking Plates during wafer operation
Dear Scientist... I need an urgent help. During production run of wafer sticks,the dough sticks on the baking plates.. This has led to low output and more wastage. How can this be resolved? Thanks

What temperature are you using? It should be approx. 150°c.

Maybe consider using an oil release agent

Are your plates coated with PTFE?

Was your baking plates preconditioned with with mold release agent before use....if not it will surely stick.
Known material used are Dubor products..

what kind of baking tray you are using? you should try greasing on it.
