Gallic Acid Equivalent Curve for Total Phenolic Content?

In determining Total phenolic content of any food sample, How can we prepare the gallic acid standard curve? How to prepare stock and working solutions and how to build a curve at spectrophotometer in order to compare it with sample curve?

Hi @AdilMehmood, I had experienced doing that twice right now. May I know what your method is? I'm asking because throughout my review for related studies, I've found out that there were several methods used to determine total phenolic content.
