An improperly stated question..Is it you want mixers for stirring liquids with propeller type agitators ?

Go to Silverson website, they give a broad outline about mixing, although they specialize in high speed mixers and inline , but most mixers have blade mixers too. Agitators are normally used for products that you do not want air to be incorporated into your mix, juice etc. Flavours especially essential oil based, also do not want air. Awesome diagrams etc and shown mixing rotation etc.
