Is that Concoction made from carrot juice,flavored with herbs and spices...? Well it's a regional preference but globally more people will munch on raw carrots and drink carrot juice than making a sauce out of it.From the market you can see frsh carrot,packaged carrot sticks ,carrot juice ,bottled or in can but never saw bottled carrot sauce..
