Hi is there any way to write research paper in Food technology field without using laboratory, as now a days students haven't access of laboratories so how they should write research paper, is this possible (question is not about review articles) kindly give suggestions

Food Technology is an experimental science,;therefore any research paper, without any experimental work the written work is not legitimate or valid .
