Newbie looking for advice
Hi all,
I am very new to the food tech scene. I am looking for any advice on anything I should look in to or learn. I have been a food technologist for a month and some things are obvious but thigs like lab testing and building taccp/vaccp systems for example is going over my head.
What would you tell a new food technologist to help them in their career?
